Strategic Planning at BBCS
From March to October of 2024, Bridge Boston created our new 2024-2027 strategic plan, led by a planning committee of staff, families, and board members. The committee’s work was:
informed by original data collected from almost 100 individuals
guided by analysis of over 200 school-based surveys of students, families, and alumni
As we enter 2025, BBCS will continue to update the community on its progress in moving forward the strategic objectives of this plan to meet our "big goal" for 2034:
Founded in its commitment to deepening its holistic support, and given the context in which students, families, and staff live, over the next 10 years, Bridge Boston commits to put everyone in the Bridge Boston community – students, families, and staff – on a path to economic liberty.
